Best Western Hotel Ferrari, Nola

The hotel provided us with adjoining rooms for our family, but the rooms were a bit shabby and in need of renovation with peeling wallpaper. The location was okay for exploring the region.

The hotel was a mixed bag for me. The rooms definitely need some renovation; the wallpaper was peeling off, some sockets were loose, and the towel racks were bent and useless. On the bright side, the location was decent for exploring the region.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were large, comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family. The service, especially from Lorenzo, Christian, and Noemi, was top-notch. The location was convenient, close to the city center, and just a short drive from the airport. While the dining experience was wonderful with delicious homemade cakes, the facilities were great, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms have the spacious American Best Western style but are in need of renovation, showing signs of wear and tear like peeling wallpaper and loose sockets. They are small and definitely not up to a 4-star standard. The service, however, stands out with incredibly nice and friendly staff who are professional and helpful. The location, while close to Nola city center and the airport, is lacking with a busy road and a police presence nearby. The dining experience is a letdown, not matching the pictures on the webpage and offering subpar options.
